Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts — you can stop the service anytime. We keep your business by performing, not by locking you in.
Are there any upfront or hidden fees?
No setup fees and no hidden charges. You pay the dispatch fee — percentage or flat weekly — and nothing else.
How does billing work?
You pick either the per-load percentage (4% for semi trucks, 7% for box trucks and hotshots) or the flat weekly rate. We invoice weekly with a clear statement of every load.
Do I get to choose my loads?
Always. Your dispatcher sends options with full numbers — rate, miles, pickup and delivery — and you make the call. There is no forced dispatch.
What do I need to get started?
Your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and a signed dispatch agreement. Most carriers are set up and rolling within a day.
